“A Future in the Past” – November 8, 2025
In a time where memory and projection are constantly collapsing into one another, A Future in the Past explores the cyclical and porous nature of time. The exhibition considers how histories — personal, collective, imagined — can become templates or inspiration for what’s to come. Through a constellation of works that trace nostalgia, inherited memory, differing experiences, and speculative timelines, the show reflects on the ways we look backward not just to remember, but to build, to reimagine, to find direction.
Anchored in the poetics of ruin and renewal, the exhibition invites viewers to encounter the past not as a static archive, but as a living reservoir of potential & creativity. What happens when the past becomes our reimagined blueprint for dreaming forward? What futures emerge when we re-read our histories, and connect the dots backwards — through the lens of desire, fracture, or possibility?
